Customer Service Library
Customer service is the one-on-one interaction between a customer
and an employee. Whether they are making a purchase, have a
question, or wish to make a return, they will seek out an employee
for help. Retailers see this direct interaction as a critical factor
ensuring overall customer satisfaction and encouraging repeat
business.
The Customer Service library offers learners a series of courses that
provides the skills and tools needed to offer exceptional service to all
that enter the store. This library includes micro-learning courses as
well as scenario-based learning modules that address the service
desk area, and the front end / cashier / check out area.
